We are looking for an ambitious Franchise Performance Manager to provide exemplary support and service to Restore franchisees and team members.  The FPM will work closely with their Regional Performance Manager, as well as corporate team members, to ensure each store is utilizing Best Practices, creating a stimulating cultural environment, outstanding customer service experience and maximizing revenue potential. 

The perfect candidate will be an individual with high energy and amazing relationship, communication and presentation skills who knows what it takes to make a Restore successful. Your operational, sales and marketing experience, along with your ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in different circumstances will help you drive value for our franchisee network.

This is a full-time position. The position will be mostly remote with frequent regional travel to store locations to ensure our franchisees have on-the-ground support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary role of the Franchise Performance Team Member is to support the Restore Franchisee in various verticals of their business.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Provide retail consultation to franchisees, including advising and assisting with marketing, business/financial, and operational performance to improve site profitability. 
  • Identify and provide a Plan of Action to resolve any weaknesses in a store’s Operations, Sales and Marketing.
  • Review KPIs and strategize to improve in any areas of deficiency as well as further capitalize on areas of strength. 
  • Consult and facilitate the Franchisees to develop and follow their business plans.
  • Assist Franchisees in identifying business gaps needing attention. 
  • Ensure that the Franchisees understand and deliver against their contractual responsibilities and execute the operating standard as prescribed.
  • Responsible for providing support to managers and team members to create strategies to positively impact culture, interaction, and engagement.
  • Influence Franchisee to maximize profitability through company promotions, price setting, profit boosters and proper deployment of marketing concepts.
  • Ensure that Franchisees develop and execute on market awareness and outreach strategies to drive membership and improve profitability.
  • Assist in all areas of marketing: lead generation, grassroots efforts, client nurturing/engagement, business to business prospecting and corporate wellness opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations during hiring, corrections and termination of employees. 
  • Serve as a consultant/team member during the New Store Opening phase under the leadership of the NSO Managers and Operations team.
  • Key point of contact for the franchisee once they transition from NSO program to a fully operational store.
  • Provide support and guidance for questions/issues that aren’t within the FPTM’s purview by interfacing with appropriate corporate support staff on behalf of the owner/team.    
  • Technically proficient to guide Franchisees on various business operating systems and Restore software systems.
  • Support 30-40 Franchisees. 
  • Work seamlessly with your RFPM to provide outstanding customer service to all Restore Franchisees within your purview. 
  • Up to 75% travel.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree. 
  • At least three or more years related experience in a small business environment.
  • Proficient in review and consultation on business Pro Formas and  P & L reports. 
  • Adept at analyzing payroll data to provide feedback, recommendations and forecasting. 
  • Excellent communication, math, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Effective time management and multitasking.
  • Ability to self-manage and make independent decisions.
  • Strong collaborative mindset and team-oriented goals.
  • Outgoing personality.
  • Innate ability to relate to a vast array of franchisees, managers and team members. 
  • Experience with a franchise and/or territory management is strongly preferred.
  • Familiar with a variety of field operation’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Knowledge in the health & wellness industry preferred.
