Restore has an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Accounting Manager in its Austin,
Texas headquarters. The Revenue Accounting Manager will be an integral role in a
rapidly growing business, reporting to the Controller in Austin.

This role will be responsible for all revenue accounting across our multiple business
lines as well as management of the billing and collections functions. This includes the
application and compliance with ASC 606 accounting standards, inclusive of deep
partnership with our commercial business teams. This role will manage a small team
responsible for recurring billing and collection efforts.

picture, while maintaining the ability to navigate the details to get you there. You have the agility to level up in your thinking and communication, and conversely to ensure high
quality at the detailed level.

You thrive in a dynamic fast-paced growth environment and can influence at levels
above, beside and below your own, using data to drive decisions. You can deliver
insightful conclusions, strategic recommendations, and tactical execution to meet
objectives. Your exceptional ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, will be
critical as you interact with business owners and internal leaders.

You have a background in accounting and bring at least 8 years of experience working in
dynamic and fast-paced organizations. You are comfortable driving change and
managing within a fast-paced, high-growth business, using your organizational agility to
lead through changing business priorities. You have a very strong aptitude for learning,
can quickly grasp complex concepts and data and summarize for relevant key
messages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the proper reporting of revenue and accounts receivable at each monthly reporting period
  • Manage revenue recognition policies, application, and execution across our franchise system
  • Manage billing and collection capabilities for our multiple revenue streams
  • Partner with franchise owners on billing cadence and inquiries
  • Provide monthly reporting for accounting close objectives
  • Responsible for revenue recognition and accounts receivable in annual audit
    process
  • Proactively identify technology and process advancements to improve our billing
    capabilities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree with at least 8 years of progressive accounting experience
  • High attention to detail and advanced analytical capabilities
  • Ability to develop talent, effectively coach and motivate team members
  • Effective and direct oral and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and responsibilities
  • Experience with NetSuite a plus
  • Franchise experience a plus
